Shipping and Returns Policy


All purchases done at our store at are shipped from our warehouse in Kanpur (U.P.), so depending on the location from where you have placed the order it may take following number of days.

Prepaid Orders only

  • 2-3 days for Local
  • 4-6 days for Zonal or Metros
  • 6-8 days for National

 Cash On Delivery is Not Available for any order placed in this store.

All deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday, so Sundays should be excluded when counting the days taken for delivery. Also during festive seasons as you would agree the rush may be high and SLA's might increase so we ask you to kindly order well in advance to avoid any last minute delays.

Please ensure that you are present to accept the delivery, if in any case you choose to nominate your family member or neighbour to accept delivery, we hold no responsibility of any loss caused for this reason. Also we are not responsible for any damages to the product after delivery.

We agree that you may change your mind after making a purchase, but we allow only 24 hrs for any cancellations, for the same should you write a cancellation request mail on We hope that you would agree that once the product has left our facility we have no control on the same.


Our policy lasts 1 day and only for products which are defective, expired or damaged, though we ensure no such item is sent to you in the first place. If 1 day has gone by since the item is delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No returns shall be accepted for goods whose packaging has been opened and tags removed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Shipping Charges of Returns/Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchange if we accept that exchange for exceptional reasons.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If your return is approved you will receive a refund plus the cost of return shipping, as we understand that you should not pay for our errors.
